This is much more generic than sending of error report for the engine.

I have added partnergroups, users and usergroups to sendbotsemail(). This 
allows the groups to be used as distribution lists for reports etc.

would like bots smtp channels to work the same way (with partnergroups). Not 
sure if this is possble... perhaps change idpartner2mailaddress?
