fixed problems starting bots-engine from webserver in less common situations #230

1. when running using apache as web-server, manually starting up
bots-engine did not work.
this is harder to fix.
'solved' this by using extra option from bots.ini.
2. when using virtualenv similar (but different problems)
same solution.
