I can't seem to assign myself this task but I'll do it

I'm thinking something like this (yes this is more than just bingo letters (see below):

• changed up the title a bit
• added BINGO
• added some padding to the left and right of the table
• changed the color blue -added a center square using the peace sign from the noun project (this will need to be attributed in the footer)
• changed the button (text is open sans) should invert to blue on white on hover.

I can't implement this but first thought I'd check in with people on the design before dealing with that. cc @mjchamplin @melodykramer
