Added share button and separate read-only form.

@vermaarn Is the responses panel supposed to be duplicated on the dashboard? I think we might want to use a separate component for it that says something like:

Dashboard
Visualize the data from form responses

Read-only response page looks good to me, but please fix the issue on the dashboard page

Aite, gimme 5 sec, yep they both are the same component originally, lemme add the info as a prop @umar-ahmed lmk if you want an icon change for the dashboard while we're at it, else just-auto suqash+merge
