Remaining to do:

[x] Use sort order from the database query; don't force sort by date in the model
[x] Option to open the home page instead of all items by default (enabled by default)
[x] Missing bottom margin on the list view
[x] Button to refresh the view
[ ] Images when available?
[ ] Possible fetchMore support?
