Added '4' to range of X in example 1.1.11 #13

As X(6) = 4 in example 1.1.11, the range of X needs to include '4' if I am not mistaken.

If this is indeed the case, then the remainder of the example needs to be updated as well: there it is assumed that X(6) = 3.
