could you show some downstream best practise ?

like polish by illumina reads or connect ctg to scaffolds?

@huangl07 this is very general question and there are some related literatures about what to do after draft contig. And, the "true" answer is always "it depends". Maybe you can help us to know what you like to do so we can help you a bit better.
