Racon and Pilon #24

Hi, After finishing the assembly should I run Racon and then Pilon?

It depends. If you have a diploid genome, not sure how much that will help. In some case, e.g., the initial reads are low quality or low coverage, one can gain a bit from Racon or Pilion.
