Singularity containers for Peregerine #42

Dear Jason Chin,

Have you containerized Peregrine in singularity? Do you have this available?

It seems that docker requires root permissions and that creates security issues on a cluster...

Apparently there is no need o do so. In principle is possible to create a singularity container from a docker one by simply doing: singularity build _peregrinesingularity _docker://_ Thanks
