Normalisation method: Total Sum is not working #459

Either the Total Sum method is wrong, or it doesn't get called properly

How to Reproduce:

  1. go to the Normalisation method, Total Sum in the workflow
  2. Try calculating it and then plotting
  3. It should throw an error
