BUG: filter_samples by_proteins_missing with no intensitys #465

What is the issue?

For a protein dataframe, where one sample does not have intensity values for any protein, that sample is not handled by the sample filtering method by_proteins_missing

How to reproduce the issue?

create a mock protein data frame, where one sample does not have intensity values for any protein
call the by_proteins_missing method with this data frame
the sample will not be filtered out and will not appear in the filtered_samples list in the method output

What is the expected behavior?

the sample should be filtered out and should appear in the filtered_samples list in the method output
