PoGo is a proteogenomic tool which allows mapping of peptides identified through mass spectrometry to a reference genome through provided gene annotation.
This PR will enable pogo to accept .pogo as an extension, is related to the issue https://github.com/cschlaffner/PoGo/issues/5 We also update for checking that the extension is at the end of the name. Because before was working for extensions like .txt.gz
