Show users without votes in vote list #75

The other thing is that with v1 we could see whose votes were still outstanding, and now we can't.

Every estimation session that we hold (usually 2x per week) this issue comes up and we are constantly having to figure out who still hasn't voted (either by recognizing the persons icon or hovering over the cards to set the persons name). It would be great to have the previous functionality returned where the cards change color when someone has voted so we can easily see who hasn't.
