Default to edit mode for empty fields #6

It would be nice to be able to quickly create new Markdown items by defauting the field to edit mode when the text is empty, or alternatively letting a click in the field interpret as switch to edit mode.

Right now you'd need to click the edit tool first:

@cschleiden I believe this was closed with the latest release! It certainly works for me know.
