This metric will either be pulled in from the Urban Sim built environment metric for water demand or the conservation module estimates urban water demand based on the total area of urban classes. @sablanchard does Urban Sim have a water demand metric for the built environment? If so - it would be good to pull that into the conservation module metrics to complete the water demand picture. If not, please use the conservation module code as back up.
