New Parameters PLUGIN_PRE_ACTION and PLUGIN_POST_ACTION
Allow subfolders to be moved to a temporary location before uploading (and cleaning of the destination directory).

@cschlosser I don't know if this feature introduces a potential security risk as the pre_action / post_action can be arbitrary lftp commands.

That's a good question. I would say that this plugin only tries to make ones life easier. It's not like this PR introduces a potential vulnerability into lftp but instead exposes more functionality
