Fetch gfan sources from Sage mirror #516

The upstream URL appears to be unavailable at the moment. See #504 for last incident of this kind. Using the Sage mirror should be both faster and more reliable.

OK, I just checked that the source on sagemirror are not repackaged for gfan. Otherwise it would have been no. But I have no objection in this case.
