Remove dependency of science overlay #546

After the BLAS/LAPACK migration, the only remaining dependency from the science overlay is sci-libs/iml. Therefore, it would be nice to migrate sci-libs/iml to ::gentoo and let sage-on-gentoo be independent from the science overlay.
