With the current package.keywords files, Sage cannot be installed on stable Gentoo, because the latest unstable versions of the keyworded terminado and cython packages would pull in lots of other unstable dependencies. The first commit fixes this.
The second commit is a larger cleanup, all packages that seemingly have a new enough stable version was removed from these files to avoid similar problems in the future.
