4ti2-1.6.10 #742

in order to successfully configure new 4ti2-1.6.10 using renamed old 4ti2-1.6.7-r1.ebuild, one has to add swig directory (https://github.com/4ti2/4ti2/tree/master/swig) into release tarball https://github.com/4ti2/4ti2/releases/download/Release_1_6_10/4ti2-1.6.10.tar.gz

This is a main tree ebuild. You should open a bug on bugs.gentoo.org instead.
