Support automatic conversion of .graffle files to .pdf #7

Figues which are generated using OmnIGraffle should be automatically converted to pdf during build. Options include https://www.github.com/fikovnik/omnigraffle-export and http://people.untyped.org/damien.pollet/notes/2010/latexmk-omnigraffle/. The latter also provides a latexmk addin, which should be converted to be used for the first option (which has clearer licensing).

Fixed using a osascript in the Rakefile.
