Add support for Linux machines #12

Package currently depends on BRugs which is WIndows restricted. Perhaps we need to switch to rbugs for linux/open bugs machines and don't worry about WinBUGS (Windows) machines at all.

This may be handled when we convert to JAGS only.

Now only uses JAGS, so should run on *nix machines. Carl
