We need a factory and database seeder for the category table so we have data for populating the dropdown when adding a new game.

Acceptance criteria:

A CategoryFactory class (don't really need to do anything with this yet)
A CategorySeeder class that inserts some category records (name and code):
- Card Game (CARD)
- Economic (ECON)
- Negotiation (NEGO)
- Dice (DICE)
- Adventure (ADVN)
- Fantasy (FANT)
- Fighting (FIGH)
- Puzzle (PUZZ)
- Miniatures (MINI)
- Territory Building (TERR)
- War Game (WARG)
- Science Fiction (SCIF)
- Civilization (CIVI)
