Refactor notifications #206

DB: Replaced notifications table with friendNotifcations and cardsetNotifications

Backend/API: Logic for creating handling notifications and a new route for accepting friend requests(old one didn't handle edge case where use tried to accept a revoked friend request)

Front end: Notifications are displayed with newest first and are fetched every time user opens notifications Different messages for friend requests, acceptance, and denials Different messages for card set permission granting and revoking,
