If you want any final help

  1. Check if you have a codespace with uncommitted changes.
  2. export the changes to a branch
  3. Open a PR from the branch you created from your codespace to main.
  4. Request a review from me @brownsarahm

I will be slow over the next week or so, but will help when I can

Keep your site

If you want to use your profile site as your actual homepage/portfolio, I advise the following steps so that you can change the URL of your site from csctd.github.io/profile-website-username to username.github.io or even to your own custom domain

  1. transfer ownership form csctd to your GitHub account.
  2. rename the repository to be your "user site" so the name is username.github.io instead of portfolio-website-username. For exmaple, mine would be brownsarahm.github.io.
  3. optional add a custom domain this requires you to buy a domain, but if you do so, this is how to configure it.

Hide your site

You may make it private, but please do not delete it, so that we (the TAs and I) can learn from all of your repos together to update and improve the template and instructions for next year.

  1. unpublish your site
  2. make the repo private
