Make dialog backdrop lighter? #329

Yuka felt that the darkening of the background behind a modal dialog (such as when submitting an activity) was too dramatic and felt "jittery". Perhaps darkening the background a little less would help?

done. Opacity changed from 0.8 to 0.3 in makahiki.less
