Player accounts defined #395

All 1,000+ players entered into system.

This should include RAs, RDs, and Kukui Cup staff members and potential helpers (like Yuka). In the past, the list from ResLife did not include RAs.

Also, we need to get the list somewhat in advance from ResLife because in the past there were students that had non hawaii.edu addresses as their only contact email, which won't work for CAS. It took time to track down their hawaii.edu address.

  1. roster are loaded.
  2. this year's roster's email are all good.
  3. implemented upload button from the user admin interface to support bulk create user by uploading cvs files. it is needed for heroku installation, since we don't want to push the roster file.
  4. we will still need the RA list.
