figure out what floor the admins/RDs should be in #419

  1. after testing, the Admins should be removed from the competition teams. or, put in some special floor, or calculation need to exclude admins
  2. need to add account for RDs, and figure out what team should they be.

Let's remove us from teams right now (so we can make sure that removing us doesn't break things.)

For RDs, we could: assign the RDs and ARDs to the four "A" lounges.

The RDs don't want to be on a floor.

All the admins are moved out of teams. two RDs accounts created.

two ARDs not created. because their email address are missing in the RA list.
