it would be nice to also make caes insensitive for login ( both internal and external), social bonus email check.

fixed for referral bonus email and commitment social bonus email. so at least user would not stucked in the first login wizard.

because the extensive testing needed for other social bonus actions (they are using different form classes.), will delay them for future.

same for the login. need more testing.
