Help text too wide #516

When displaying a help topic (not widget help, stuff like the FAQs), the text is placed in a widget that spans the entire window. If the window is large, this makes it hard to read the text. It would be good to have some width less than the whole screen, though need to make sure it still looks good on mobile.
