Both commands no longer automatically run the provisioning script when used.
The --no-provision option is no longer needed.
Conversely, the --provision option is used to force Vagrant to run the provisioning script.
Some typos were fixed in the installation-makahiki-vagrant-eclipse.rst file. It now specifies that a Python file must be opened for the syntax completion demonstration to work.
