help fixture content need to revisit to accommodate different competition #594

for example, the timeline in the help page states the KC2011 timeline.

In general, we may need to figure out a way to use macro in all our content. the round timeline should be taken from the round settings.

I remember creating an issue for macro expansion support just before the 2012 Kukui Cup, as the need is felt most intently then. :)
