badge award interface #600

the badge award admin interface (under game manager) shows 'badgeaward object', it should list the user profilename and the badge name.

under the 'add badgeaward' page, the profile dropdown is imposible to use because the large number of profiles 8n the dropdown. need to find a way to easily award a manual badge.
