Changed how we decide to rotate glmalpha output and use of rotb #7

I believe this mostly affects me, since I am using all the Antarctica regions (which I am also adding to the repo). But I just wanted to check to see if anyone had strong feelings about rotb.

I think that should be fine with all my scripts, as long as glmalpha does not behave erratically when you give it the rotb. Ideally it would give a warning that rotb is deprecated. This would make it easier to fix the functions that call it when we test them.
