Permafrost Modeling Lab 3 of 4 - Lab Unavailable #65

The lab "Permafrost Modeling - making maps from gridded climate data" (Module 3 of 4) is not working. There is no option to download or run the notebook. Perhaps the gridded data is not working with Frost Number?

@mdpiper I didn't work on preparing the Jupyter Notebooks for those two labs. @iovereem may know the answers to those questions. Thank you!

@mdpiper @iovereem is it possible to just upload the code? Doesn't necessarily have to be a Binder document. Maybe I can figure it out own my own ;)
