Add additional links to the Help Desk #103

This PR adds links to the Help Desk to the

Quickstart,
Installation, and
Examples

pages in the documentation, inviting users to contact CSDMS through the Help Desk if they run into any problems.

Coverage increased (+2.6%) to 71.478% when pulling f91614df5f40f3231a8eea5e527697c838d1d9a3 on mdpiper/docs-add-help-desk-links into 3be2770aa89eab45951d99c192c773c9f8d92e70 on master.

I'm going to merge this PR despite the appveyor issue (which is addressed in #93).
