Buttons don't work on Simulation Status page in Firefox #103

This appears to be the same behavior as described in #64, except it's now present in the wmt-hydrology instance.

Irina & I ran across this in the Using TopoFlow in the Classroom clinic at the 2016 CSDMS annual meeting.

Fixed with https://github.com/csdms/wmt/commit/99cd61b403cc7d78290cc6716b31ce119fa93642. Looks good on Firefox and Chrome on Mac OS X.
