dx: remove Compile job from tests workflow #65

Vercel already provides preview deployments for each PR. This makes the Compile job in the tests workflow redundant.

⚠️ Also removed the CHANGELOG file, it was a part of #61 but it got missed during git rebase to fix the conflicts.
