iBase Batch Update -> SW del用不了 #56

系统提示执行成功，但是进去NE看，想删除的补丁包没有删除。

NE TYPE = ENODEB SYSTEM VERSION = L15B 尝试批量删除补丁包：SW TYPE = IP, PACKAGE NAME = PKG IP11--don't use.
