Compatibility with Axion Acquisition Software #2

Hello,

I am interested in using this tool, but I use an Axion device for acquisition. I can get the *.raw file format out from Axion. Do you know how I might be able to get the file into the correct format for PyMEA?

Hi Mishal,

This software expects that the first column corresponds to time and subsequent columns correspond to voltage recordings from the electrodes. As long as the Axion data can be depicted similarly in a text file, it shouldn't be too difficult to load the data. The next step would be to update the electrode size and spacing parameters to match your system.

I'd be happy to take a look at a raw data file and see about updating the software to accommodate for it. Please let me know if that's something you'd be interested in.
