As part of weather drivers test suite for ASHRAE 140, it was discovered that CSE does not have probes for the following outdoor air parameters that can be obtained from the weather file:

relative humidity (only zone air relative humidity)
opaque cloud cover (only total cloud cover)
station pressure (uses elevation of the building site to calculate a fixed station pressure and air density)

All done in CSE 0.872 except total cloud cover.
