The public recipes from the database are fetched and are made into recipe cards, populating the public recipes tab
Since the database doesn't have instructions for the public recipes, the expanded version of the recipe has a hyperlink to the recipe page instead of the recipe instructions

@thucngyyen @farnaf Can you guys check if the recipe expand functionality works on your guys' computers
