Upon uploading new issues sync hangs #218

If you upload a new project - therefore with new issues the sync service hangs perpetually

service either the from() call or concat() call is failing and making the myprojects page never load Line 224 and 227 of sync.service.ts for issues and the same for projects on lines 197 and 200
