Acceptance Tests

Test Case 1: Successful password changed

• After already being logged in, navigate to the profile button on the top right. (Link)
• There should be a change password option.
• Click the option and verify that there is a changed password form that asks for the current password, and new password and confirms the new password.
• Enter the correct current password and a valid new password and confirm the valid new password.
• Click the change password box at the bottom and ensure a message pops up saying you have changed your password successfully.

Test Case 2: Security Task

• After already being logged in, navigate to the profile button on the top and afterward click the change password option. (Link)
• Verify that it asks you to enter your current password before you are allowed to change your password.
• Enter the wrong current password.
• Verify that the user is prompted with an error message that says you have entered the wrong current password.

Test Case 3: Invalid password

• After already being logged in, navigate to the profile button on the top and afterward click the change password option. (Link)
• Enter the correct current password, but for the new password only type one letter.
• Verify that an error message pops up that states " Your new password is invalid".

Test Case 4: Different password

• After already being logged in, navigate to the profile button on the top and afterward click the change password option. (Link)
• Enter the correct current password and a valid new password.
• For confirming the new password, type a different password than ur valid password and click submit.
• Verify that an error message pops up stating your passwords does not match.
