As a future resident, I want to see the ratings of each housing complex, so I see which housing complex has the highest rating. #39

Acceptance Tests

Test 1

  1. Open up the terminal
  2. Type command npm start to run the server
  3. Go to local host 3000 on web browser
  4. Click on the logo on the top left of the navbar
  5. Scroll down the list and make sure you can see the ratings of each housing complex
