Added WPM to Speedometer #24

Have a WPM indicator built into the speedo to correlate with the needle

TASK TEST: Step One: Launch the Game from the Start Menu Step Two: Observe the Speedometer / Gauge on the bottom right of the Game screen as the value of it increases/decreases with each word typed - it is actively calculating Words Per Minute. The meter / needle are not completely calibrated yet (will be in Sprint 3)
