As a User, I would like a pause button that brings up an overlay that freezes the game and presents multiple options such as restarting the game or returning to the main menu. #59

In the Game Scene, click on the Pause Button in the top right to pause the entire game, providing you options to resume at the current point you left, restart, or even quit the game all together.
