As a player when going through gamescenes the background doesnt fit the user screen #17

As a player i am not able to view all aspects of the game and menu on my screen. To fix this i will go to the scene settings and fit the background to the canvas display ratio

Acceptance test: 1) Open game to GameMenu 2) Made sure background and objects were moved inside of the canvas 3) Navigate to OptionsMenu 4) Made sure background and objects were moved inside of the canvas

The aspect ratio for the gamescene is still broken as of 10/9/2019

Bug Removed in first commit on Sprint2_Dev branch

Fixed bug, same acceptance test applies.
