Merge Issues for "Health" and "Level Design" #53

Ran into issues merging the two branches. Must manually merge the rest of the changes.

Acceptance Test:

  1. Press 'play' from main menu.
  2. Play game using 'WASD' or arrow keys.
  3. Character can die and respawn.
  4. All animations work for the character.
  5. All previous bugs did not come back from merging.
