Update level 01 layout #87

Update level 01 so its simpler than the one that currently exists. Currently level 01 compasses several features of the game play. This should not be the case, we want a level that only demonstrates jumping for level 01.

(basically add the new map in Assets/LevelDesign/LevelMaps in as a .png file)
